The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is a statutory body formed in every college under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013—commonly known as the POSH Act.
The ICC is established to:

• Prevent sexual harassment of women in the workplace or educational institutions.
• Address and resolve complaints of sexual harassment fairly and confidentially.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and respectful environment for women employees, faculty, and students.
