Training and placement cell at Subodh aims to develop students' employability skills through training programs and to secure job opportunities for them by organizing recruitment drives and maintaining industry connections.

These objectives include providing career guidance, bridging the gap between industry and academia, and assisting with placements to ensure students find suitable roles after graduation and post-graduation.

Training and development objectives

  • Enhance employability skills: Provide training in areas like personality development, communication, resume writing, soft skills and interview skills.
  • Improve technical and soft skills: Hone students' technical expertise and abilities such as reasoning, aptitude, group discussions, and build their confidence.
  • Bridge the gap: handling MoU’s with various institutes and corporates and train students to be competitive and to meet the current demands of the job market.
  • Provide practical exposure: Facilitate internships and industrial visits to give students hands-on experience.
  • Secure job opportunities: Act as a liaison between companies and students by organizing placement drives time to time and inviting recruiters to campus.
  • Guide career choices: Help students identify their career paths and provide information on available opportunities, including government jobs and higher education.
  • Build and maintain industry relations: Foster strong relationships with companies and recruiters to consistently generate opportunities.

Activities(2024-25)
From 17 September to 25 December, 2024, Training and Placement Cell successfully initiated and completed a transformative 96 hours CPBFI, a Customized Certificate Program in Banking, Finance and Insurance for 101 students in
two different batches in collaboration with Bajaj Finserv Limited. This unique combination of content and pedagogy made CPBFI one of the best extra-curricular programs that a college can offer its students.

  • CPBFI was conducted by a pool of trainers with extensive industry and training expertise using an experientiallearning approach by esteemed mentors- Mr Rafiq Mohammed Khan, Miss Meeta Mathur, Mr. Pradeep Daryani, Ms. Srishti Gulati and Dr. Suman Kant Singhal.
  • From 5 to 22 November 2024, in Conjunction with ICT Academy, 120 students of various streams in two separate batches completed BFSI training. In this training program, students were equipped with various concepts such as financial analysis, risk management, digital transformation, regulatory compliance etc.
  • By Industry Partnership with Bajaj Finserv and ICT Academy, our college is not only improving its rank in the Best College Rankings and enhancing the career opportunities of the students, but also attracting top companies to recruit from the college.
  • ‘An achievement begins with a dream, but it’s made real by relentless action.’ To visualize this dream, on 16 January 2025, A Placement drive was organized by the Training and Placement Cell in which more than 100 students of the college were interviewed by companies like HDFC Bank, Tesca Technologies, Career Mantra, Climax B.P.M., Creanovation Technologies etc. 42 students of the college were selected for a myriad of profiles marking a triumphant culmination of this initiative.
  • The college organized a 45 day training program on “Enhancing Digital Learning” under the joint aegis of Sandhan and Entrepreneur Women Organization (EWO). With the aim of providing training to group of 30 students, the inauguration ceremony was held on 15th April, 2025. The program was based on digital learning, enhancing life skills, improving communication skills and other important aspects through activity based methods. On the occasion, the Chief Guest of the program was Gaurav Chatur vedi, (R.A.S.), Executive Director, RBCL, Jaipur, Chairm an of Sandhan Group, Mr. Rajendra Bhanawat (Retired I A S ) , Secretary Sunil Shekhar Sharma and Treasurer Mrs. U s h a Bafna, Mrs. Rekha Gupta (Retired IAS), Mrs. Alka Agarw al, Founder, EWO, social worker Sandeep Nyati, College Princip al Dr. Rita Jain, faculty members and students were presen. The trainers of the program Dr. Rupali Chturvedi, Dr. Bhawn a Mishra, Rajeev Rai and Dayaram Suman  focused the trainin g session on digital enhancement.
