On 21 January 2026, the B.Design students of Semester VI and Semester IV visited the Craft Mela organized by IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur.

The event featured live craft demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and interactive sessions with artisans, faculty members, and students representing diverse craft disciplines.

During the visit, students gained first-hand exposure to traditional crafts, explored various techniques, and acquired valuable insights beyond classroom learning. Interactions with skilled artisans provided a deeper understanding of craft processes, skill development, and the market relevance of traditional art forms.
