On October 21, 2024, a one-day regional workshop on "My Youth India and Digital Literacy" was organized at S.S. Jain Subodh Girls PG College, Sanganer, under the joint auspices of the college and the National Service Scheme, Directorate of College Education, Rajasthan. The inaugural session featured Chief Guest Dr. Omprakash Bairwa, Commissioner, Directorate of College Education, Rajasthan; Special Guest Prof. Deepak Kumar Sharma, former State Coordinator and State President of the All India National Educational Federation, Rajasthan; Program Coordinator Dr. Krishna Kumar Kumawat, State Liaison Officer and State Coordinator of the National Service Scheme; Mr. Saurabh Shukla from the Regional Directorate of the National Service Scheme; College Coordinator Mrs. Veena Jamad; College Principal Dr. Rita Jain; and other dignitaries. Notably, approximately 198 principals and program officers associated with the National Service Scheme from various government and private colleges in the Jaipur and Dausa regions attended the workshop.

The workshop commenced with the lighting of a lamp in front of Maa Saraswati, followed by the Navkar Mantra and Ganesh Vandana. Two technical sessions were held during the workshop. The first session provided training on various digital platforms such as the My India portal and DigiLocker. Program officers received information on registering on the Gai Bharat app and downloading various certificates and documents from DigiLocker. The second technical session focused on the grant process (Public Financial Management System - PFMS) and other related procedures.

In the concluding session, Organizing Secretary Dr. Manju Acharya, Co-Secretary Dr. Jyoti Joshi, and Dr. Preeti Gupta expressed gratitude to all the attendees. Certificates were distributed to all participants at the end of the workshop.
